Youth Drawing Club

A weekly drawing course for serious budding artists, ages 9 and up. Led by Nadia Alam — award-winning illustrator and owner of Nuts & Shells — this is a real studio class built around the kind of observational skills that take practice to develop.

What To Expect

Timed drawing exercises to build speed and instinct
Gesture drawing to capture movement and form
Longer-form studies for close observation
Sessions occasionally include a live, clothed model for figure drawing practice

What's Supplied

Drawing boards and basic materials provided
Artists are welcome to bring their own materials too
